Current Year Ontario Secondary School Students
(OUAC 101)
You will complete the 101 application if you meet
the following requirements:
•You are taking courses during the day
at an Ontario Secondary School (this
includes students returning for second
semester and graduated students
returning to upgrade one or more courses)
•You will have received or expect to
receive your OSSD with six 4U/M
courses at the end of the current year
•You do not have one academic year
or more of post secondary education
•You are applying to a diploma program or
a first-year degree program at an Ontario
university
If you do not meet all of the above criteria, please see your guidance counselor for assistance.
All other undergraduate applicants (OUAC
105)
You will complete the 105 application if you
are:
•A Canadian citizen, international
applicant; or
•A permanent resident of Canada or
you are currently studying in Canada
on a study permit or other visa
•Transferring from a post secondary
institution
•Taking courses at night school,
by correspondence, or other
distance education modes of study
•Attending secondary school during the
day, but will have fewer than six 4U/M
courses
Do not complete this application if you are
applying to the one-year consecutive BEd
program.
